Working Out Loud: Why, What and How?
6. November 2020 @ 10:30 - 12:00Kostenlos
In times of digital transformation, self-directed learning, knowledge sharing, and transparent working methods are increasingly important. Working Out Loud (WOL) is a method that can support this process. It helps employees build relationships that matter and organizations create a more collaborative, innovative culture.
WOL Circles are small peer support groups intended to build relationships related to a goal, using simple structured guides over 12 weeks. One develops habits and mindsets applicable to any goal. WOL Circles are now in a wide range of organizations globally, including World Bank, Audi, Bosch, BMW, Continental, Daimler. In the process, self-directed learning, knowledge sharing, and transparent working methods across different organizational and hierarchical levels help participants come to terms with change cycles spinning faster and faster. This is essential to survive in an ever more digitalized world as an organization and as an employee.
Dörte Deniz und Tamara Wyszynski will present this session. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Women in Tech Ruhr (wit.ruhr.2016 (at) gmail.com).
